These terms cover the public site (acumenpowered-ai.cloud) and any free interaction (forms, estimates, demos). Active paid engagements are governed by a signed Statement of Work that supersedes anything here in conflict.

1. Who we are
AcumenPowered AI ("we," "us") is a solo-founder shop based in the United States. The marketing site at acumenpowered-ai.cloud and the products/services described on it are operated by AcumenPowered AI.
2. Using the site
You may browse, read, share, and bookmark anything publicly visible on the site. You may not: scrape at scale, attempt to bypass authentication, probe for vulnerabilities without prior written authorization, impersonate us, or use the site to send unsolicited bulk messages.
3. Estimates and briefs
Submitting the request-estimate form is a request, not a contract. We respond with three tier options and ROI math within 1–2 business days. Numbers in our estimates are valid for 30 days unless we say otherwise. No work begins until you sign a Statement of Work.
Mock examples on /services are illustrative — fictional clients, plausible numbers, not actual case studies. Actual numbers come back with your specific estimate.
4. Products
NumeraAura (numeraaura.com) and Humdraft (humdraft.ai) are governed by their own terms shown on those sites. They are not covered by these terms.
5. Intellectual property
The AcumenPowered AI brand, owl mark, copy, and code on this site are owned by us. The "Customer + Quality + Security = Success" tagline is our trademark.
For active engagements: source code we deliver is licensed to you on the terms stated in your SOW (typically you own the work product, we retain rights to internal reusable components).
6. Warranties
The public site is provided "as is." We do not warrant that it's uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific outcome will result from reading it. Estimates and ROI projections are good-faith estimates, not guarantees.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the public site (free interactions, form submissions, browsing) is limited to USD $100. Active paid engagements have separate, negotiated liability terms in your SOW.
8. Indemnification
You agree not to use the site for any illegal purpose and to hold us harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the site.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the site at any time if you violate these terms. You may stop using the site at any time. Privacy obligations and IP ownership survive termination.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in state or federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas, unless otherwise required by your local consumer-protection law.
11. Changes
If we update these terms materially, we'll change the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
